Terms of service
SEO – We will make website changes aimed at bringing your website inline with what we believe are SEO best practices. We cannot guarantee how these changes will ultimately affect your website’s standings in SEO rankings; therein we accept no liability for loss of ranking and/or revenue.
Scope of work – If we feel your monthly requirements are in excess of your current plan, we will ask you to upgrade, or suggest an alternative service provider.
Contacting our team – Any requests for changes need to be authenticated and confirmed via email. That way we have a written and recorded request that we can both refer to and agree on.
Acceptable Usage Policy
There’s a sensible limit to how much work we can perform on your site in any given month. In any given month we will try our best to help you, per the limits of your package. Should we need to limit the work on your site in a given month, for any reason, each package is formally limited as follows:
- Essential – 1 hour per month
- Enhanced – 2 hours per month
- VIP – 3 hours per month
Please note these AUP hours are non cumulative and do not roll over from month to month.
